The Columbus Housing Authority is located in Columbus, Nebraska and manages the Columbus area Section 8 Voucher Program and an 84-unit facility called "Heritage House Apartments."

Heritage House is owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Columbus, Nebraska, & operates in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

A full-time Executive Director is available Monday - Friday during business hours.

The Authority’s Board of Commissioners consists of five local citizens appointed by the Mayor of Columbus.
